3.1 Deposits

super291 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name;
• super291 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees;
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the Platform;
• Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for most payment methods, though actual receipt of funds may depend on the processing time of your payment provider;

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the super291 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

3.4 Unclaimed Funds

If your account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, super291 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PHP 100 per month until the account balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

4.1 Promotional Offers

super291 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUPER291 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUPER291 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF SUPER291 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall super291's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your super291 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by super291

super291 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• At our sole discretion, for any reason we deem appropriate.

10.2 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting super291 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violations may not be eligible for immediate closure.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and dispute resolution provisions.

11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact super291 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our customer support team.

11.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

super291 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice, such as an email notification.

Your continued use of the super291 Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
